Instrument Rating Course

The Instrument Rating will allow you to fly in weather conditions where the Private Pilot certificate alone will not let you.

In the course of training several topics will be covered such as: Instrument Navigation, Instrument Approaches, Weather for Instrument flying, and Regulations. All our airplanes are GPS equipped for enroute and approach use. We also offer the option to obtain the instrument rating with a Garmin 1000 equipped C 172. Our FAA approved Cat IV FTD (Flight Training Device) enables our students to be more proficient in all kinds of weather conditions.
